Pricing
No hidden fees, no additional charges, taxes, gratuity, etc. just straight forward up front costs.. Rental prices do not apply to holidays. Please contact us for our holiday pricing! Deposit, cleaning or damage fees are not included in prices, see below.Ask about our 10% Discount for all Active or Retired Military, Police, Firefighters, or EMS.

Fees
Deposit:
We require a 50% deposit. This fee will be refunded after inspection of premises is done.
Cleaning Fee:
Cleaning costs are $300. You can choose to clean yourself to save these costs, but the cleaning must meet our minimum standards. Inquire for additional information.

Damage Fees:
Unfortunately accidents happen and things get broken. Any item/s broken or damaged during your rental are subject to the cost to repair or replace said item/s. Deposits will be held until damage settlement is presented and any difference will be refunded at that time. All weddings are required to purchase event insurance. Non-Wedding events are only required to purchase insurance if alcohol is being served, but we highly recommend getting the insurance to offset any damages. These policies vary in price based on your guest count but are usually less than $150. We suggest The Event Helper, but you are free to choose what works best for you as long as documentation is supplied to us before event.
